Navigating the new website is now more convenient than ever, offering three ways to place your orders:

  1. Utilize our user-friendly online order Shopping Cart for a quick and efficient confirmation turnout of orders with our Customer Service team.
  2. Engage with our online chat box, powered through Salesforce, where you can connect directly with our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives.
  3. Explore our product listings and submit quantities effortlessly through the "Request a Quote" order form at

In addition, our Distributor Partners can utilize our new website for pre-sales call preparations. Most of you are used to website arrangements whereby product information is searchable by “Product Category”. Ours is no different and provides that capability. However, we have the additional feature of being able to “search by Industry”. Within each “Industry”, PT’s solution products can be found specific to applications unique to that category. For Distributor Partners, this will assist with pre-call planning by identifying which products you would want to have samples, literature, and discussion points ready based on the specific consumers you will be meeting with. This will provide a higher chance of success as you match PT’s solutions to typical applications and problem-solving requirements.
